GCSE: All applicants must have GCSE (or equivalent) mathematics and English at grade 4/C or above. A level: Three A levels to include at least a D in Chemistry. BTEC National Diploma/QCF Extended Diploma: DMM in a Science related, including Chemistry units. Access courses: Pass Access to HE Diploma with at least 33 credits at Merit or Distinction, to include at least 15 credits in Chemistry and the remaining in science-related subjects. International Baccalaureate: 26 overall to include 4 at HL Chemistry. English and Maths accepted within: Higher Level = 4 Standard Level = 5
